What began as a weekend escape more than twenty years ago turned into a lifelong calling. JoAnn and Mark never planned to start a charter company; they simply loved sharing the magic of Alaska’s waters with friends and family.
That passion eventually became Oasis Alaska Charters, a small family business with a big heart. Built on care, laughter, and the joy of seeing someone reel in their first halibut, it’s grown into one of Ketchikan’s most trusted charters. Every trip still carries the same spirit that started it all – personal, local, and guided by a love for life on the water.
